Partho Das is an "Assistant Professor" at the Institute of Water & Flood Management (IWFM) in Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). He joined IWFM just after his graduation (B.Sc. in Civil Engineering) from the Department of Civil Engineering (CE) in 2015 (class rank: 4th out of 197). He earned his M.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Environmental) from the same department in 2018. His career objective is to work as a researcher in the field of Water Resources Management with focus on environmental quality. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering at Arizona State University (ASU) and working as a graduate research associate in Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. .
